At Zion, every piece is made with intention — and we want you to feel confident wearing your faith. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.

SIZING EXCHANGES

We understand that sizing can be tricky, especially with our boxy fit styles. If your item doesn't fit the way you expected, we're happy to exchange it for a different size.

To be eligible for a size exchange:
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery date
• Items must be free of any stains, odors, or damage

How to request an exchange:
1. Email us at info@zionclothes.com with your order number and the size you'd like instead
2. We'll confirm availability and send you return instructions
3. Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we'll ship your new size within 3–5 business days

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Zion is not responsible for lost return packages.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR REASONS OTHER THAN SIZING OR DEFECT

Because each drop is limited and produced in small quantities, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before purchasing.
