All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During drop launches and high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days — we'll always communicate any delays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days after processing
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Zion is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.
